PPL Human Performance Exam

Pilots are subjected to a range of physical and mental stresses and strains that are outside of those encountered in day-to-day life. The effects of oxygen deprivation at altitude and common optical illusions that can affect how a runway approach is perceived are essential knowledge. The Human Performance course aims to convey some of this information and the exam tests your knowledge and ability to recall key points.

It is often considered one of the simplest exams, although it still requires preparatory reading and revision. The exam itself consists of 12 multiple choice questions to be answered in 25 minutes so it is also one of the shortest exams. The pass mark is 75%, meaning that you must answer 9 questions correctly.

Once you have passed Air Law, we hope you'll be convinced of how useful the PPL Tutor application is and will purchase the other eight subjects. We have an extensive database of Human Performance questions and revision flash cards to help you remember key information. With a little preparation, you should easily be able to tick this exam off of your list early within your flight training.
